The National Weather Service is calling for a chance of heavy thunderstorms in the Charlotte-area Friday night, which is scheduled to be football’s opening night.
The schedules of at least three games have been changed from Friday to Thursday in the Charlotte-area and several other games in the state are also being rescheduled.
