The popular chain, known for its massive menu of more than 250 items and 30-plus cheesecake flavors, will welcome guests to its new location starting in November, a mall spokesperson confirmed to CharlotteFive.
Details on its exact location at the shopping center remain under wraps, however.
“We’re thrilled to welcome The Cheesecake Factory to Concord Mills,” Sarah Scire, director of marketing at the Simon-owned mall, told CharlotteFive in a statement.
“It’s a fantastic addition to our dining lineup, and we’re excited for shoppers to experience it as part of the growing entertainment and dining destination we’ve built at the center.”
The news comes several months after The Cheesecake Factory filed a building review plan for an existing tenant space at Concord Mills back in March, The Charlotte Observer previously reported.

The plan involves turning that space from a retail store into a restaurant space, plus the addition of a mall entry tower and a covered patio, filings show.
“We are currently in discussions with (Concord Mills owner) Simon Properties regarding a location in Concord and look forward to signing our lease soon,” Alethea Rowe, a spokeswoman for The Cheesecake Factory, told The Observer at the time.
The California-based restaurant has two other Charlotte-area locations. The first opened in 2002 at SouthPark Mall, followed by another at Birkdale Village in Huntersville in 2023.
This is a developing story and will be updated. Catherine Muccigrosso contributed reporting.
