The popular, Arkansas-born chain intends to open at 630 River Highway (N.C. 150), according to a town of Mooresville social media post.
That’s just east of Morrison Plantation Parkway and a set of businesses that includes Action Behavior Centers, Edible Arrangements and Sweet Dreams Furniture & Mattress.
7 Brew will hold the neighborhood meeting on its planned rezoning request at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at Hampton Inn, 119 Gallery Center Drive, off Interstate 77 exit 36.
“This is an opportunity for neighboring residents to learn more about the proposal and ask questions directly to the applicant,” according to the town post.

Such meetings are held before a developer or business seeks rezoning approval first from the Mooresville Planning Board and then from the Mooresville Board of Commissioners, which has final say.

The chain’s menu includes more than 20,000 drink combinations, everything from teas and espresso-based drinks to shakes and sodas.
Other locations are planned at 8648 JW Clay Blvd., in University City and in Concord, Hickory and Dallas, N.C., CharlotteFive previously reported.
