Krispy Kreme brings back fan-favorite doughnut. Here’s when to get it
A Krispy Kreme fan favorite is headed back to the bakery case, but not for long.
The pumpkin spice Original Glazed doughnut returns for four days only starting Thursday, Aug. 27, at participating Krispy Kreme shops nationwide, the Charlotte-based chain shared this week.

The seasonal treat — a pumpkin spice-flavored pastry finished with the brand’s classic glaze — will be available through Sunday, Aug. 30. Customers can get them individually or by the dozen, while supplies last.
“We know our fans look forward to this every year, and while it will only be available to enjoy and share for a few days, we have more fall awesomeness to come,” Alison Holder, chief product and brand officer for Krispy Kreme, said in a news release. “So, stay tuned!”
It’s the doughnut shop’s latest pumpkin spice offering and shouldn’t be confused with its pumpkin spice cake doughnut, reintroduced earlier this month as part of Krispy Kreme’s Autumn Seasonal Collection.

The fall-inspired lineup features two new treats — the Maple Cheesecake doughnut and Cafe Mocha doughnut — alongside two returning favorites and two seasonal lattes, CharlotteFive previously reported.
Other seasonal flavors have re-appeared in recent months, including the Original Strawberry Cake and Cannoli Inspired doughnut.
Krispy Kreme had also expanded its core lineup, adding nine new flavors, plus four seasonal doughnuts that rotate regularly. The doughnut shop has said goodbye to a few flavors, too, including:
