New west Charlotte townhomes for sale this weekend. Here’s how to tour
An Atlanta-based homebuilder is listing seven of 40 townhome units for sale in Charlotte’s west end on Saturday, July 25.

The new West End Heights community will have 10 four-unit buildings, with the townhomes starting at $449,990. The four-story units have varying layouts of three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms and one-car or two-car garages, resulting in all-in pricing up to the low $500,000s.
Pulte Homes, which falls under PulteGroup, broke ground on West End Heights in March. Ryan Emery, the general sales manager for PulteGroup, said the remaining units are targeted to be completed between the end of 2027 and early 2028.
The three completed units can be closed on within 30 days of listing and the remaining four can be closed on by the end of September, according to Emery. The rest of the community is planned to be listed by four-unit building increments every 30 to 45 days.
West End Heights townhomes start at 1,595 square feet and sit on 1.8 acres along Clyde Drive, close to Stewart Creek Greenway and the Savona Mill site.
Savona Mill is a century-old textile mill that now serves as a mixed-use space with restaurants and businesses. The space is adding a food hall in 2027.

“It’s a transitioning neighborhood that we are seeing a ton of development coming,” Emery said. “And we’re really excited to be getting in now.”
Pulte Homes is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 351 Bungalow Road. Homebuyers and realtors can tour a furnished model home.
Among other projects, the homebuilding group opened a 169-unit townhome community on June 27. The units at Parkside Towns, located in southwest Charlotte, started at $349,990.
In May, PulteGroup broke ground on its Carolina Ridge neighborhood project, intended to add 1,110 homes to Midland. The neighborhood will sit about 25 miles east of Charlotte.
