The Carolina Crunch is its newest offering, made with eggs, cheese and Applewood-smoked bacon in between two extra large Bo-Tato Rounds. It hit menus nationwide on Tuesday Aug. 2, for a limited time, according to a news release sent to CharlotteFive.
Pricing starts at $4.39 — or customers can snag the combo for $7.49.
“Our Bo-Rounds are the No. 1 fixin’ ordered at breakfast, so creating the Carolina Crunch was a natural fit,” Marshall Scarborough, vice president of menu and culinary innovation at Bojangles, said in the release.
A twist on the brand’s classic Cajun filet biscuit, the new Cajun Bacon Ranch features a chicken breast filet topped with cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon and house-made ranch dressing. The entrée is $6.19, and the combo rings up at $9.29 (plus tax).

Both sandwiches are available in-store, at the drive-thru and online, while supplies last, Bojangles said.
The additions follow the return of the fan-favorite Breakfast Bo-Rito in June, alongside the spicy Fuego Breakfast Bo-Rito for those who like a little heat, CharlotteFive reported at the time. The former debuted on menus last year.
