“‘The Hunting Wives’ follows Sophie, an East Coast transplant in deep East Texas,” Netflix wrote. “After succumbing to the charms of socialite Margo, her life is soon consumed by obsession, seduction, and murder.”

As the episodes were being filmed in the Charlotte area, a casting company called for extras to join the production. Downtown Mooresville was filled with signs for the show’s fictional Texas governor campaign, and new cast member John Stamos was spotted in town, The Charlotte Observer reported.
