Charlotte’s most eco-friendly landscaping crew doesn’t burn a drop of gas — it runs on grass, vines and leaves. According to the Observer’s Evan Moore, Huntersville resident Jodi Rubright leads a herd of about 200 goats that clear overgrown properties across the region through her company, Grateful Grazing Crew.

The goats spend days munching through overgrowth that would otherwise require heavy equipment or herbicides.
