Ilios Crafted Greek<\/a><\/b> is ready to swing open the doors on its newest restaurant.<\/p>\n

The fast-casual concept, known for serving authentic Greek fare, will debut at the Sadler Square shopping center in Davidson on Monday, July 20.<\/p>\n

Doors open at 11 a.m., and the first 100 customers can score a free bottle of Ilios\u2019s proprietary extra virgin olive oil, according to a news release sent to CharlotteFive.<\/p>\n

The restaurant can seat up to 50 guests, plus an additional 24 on the outdoor patio. Dine-in and takeout service will be available, as well as catering options.<\/p>\n

It marks the chain\u2019s fifth Charlotte-area restaurant<\/a>, joining existing spots in South End, Oakhurst, South Charlotte and Fort Mill.<\/p>\n

\u201cDavidson is a community that values quality, craftsmanship, and local businesses, which aligns perfectly with what we serve at Ilios Crafted Greek,\u201d Stratos Lambos, co-owner of the restaurant and Xenia Hospitality Group, said in the release. \u201cAs we continue to grow, we\u2019re also investing in the ingredients that define our food.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ilios recently transitioned to cooking exclusively with olive oil and imports its artisan pita bread directly from Greece. The menu is built around traditional Greek flavors and offerings. Think: pita sandwiches, lamb gyro, rotisserie chicken, salads and family-style meals<\/p>\n

If your post-dinner cravings call for something sweet, baklava and honey-soaked loukoumades (Greek donuts) are on the menu, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re committed to offering guests the most authentic and flavorful experience possible,\u201d Lambos said.<\/p>\n
