How to score the deal in NC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>North Carolinians can snag a free Aldi grocery box this week \u2014 but you\u2019ll have to act fast.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/charlotterelocationguide.com\/?p=2038\">Feds say they\u2019ve busted dog fighting breeders and Facebook groups in Statesville<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As part of its <b><a href=\"https:\/\/aldiblindbox.com\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">blind box giveaway,<\/a><\/b> the discount grocery chain will release a mystery box filled with assorted Aldi favorites and grocery staples \u2014 and it\u2019s totally free.<\/p>\n<p>The mystery bundles <b>drop daily at noon ET<\/b> on <a href=\"https:\/\/aldiblindbox.com\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">AldiBlindBox.com.<\/a> Boxes are <b>available until Thursday, June 25<\/b>, while supplies last, and are released on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the grocer\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>The first of the grocery bundles launched Monday, June 22, and quickly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/grocery\/stores\/2026\/06\/22\/aldi-blind-box-giveaway-release-date\/90639046007\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">\u201csold out within about five minutes,\u201d<\/a> USA Today reported. If you missed the first drop, there\u2019s more coming down the pike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur shoppers come to ALDI for value, but they also come for discovery,\u201d Bridget Kozlowski, director of communications for Aldi, said in a statement. \u201cWith surprise unboxings more popular than ever, this is our way of helping customers discover even more favorites.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what to know about the limited-time giveaway:<\/p>\n<p>Each Aldi blind box has a theme, offering shoppers a curated selection of food products.<\/p>\n<p>The first, a snack blind box, featured a \u201ccraveable mix designed for grazing,\u201d according to a news release. Three additional bundles will follow:<\/p>\n<p>Customers can visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/aldiusa\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">Aldi\u2019s Instagram page<\/a> to see which box will drop next.<\/p>\n<p>At noon daily, shoppers can log onto AldiBlindBox.com to snag that day\u2019s mystery bundle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClick on the \u2018Claim an ALDI Box\u2019 to add a product to cart as quickly as possible,\u201d according to directions on the promotion\u2019s website. \u201cIf you\u2019re directed to the checkout queue, inventory has likely already been claimed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/charlotterelocationguide.com\/?p=2037\">Bryce Young named to prestigious NFL list. Got it in my cart <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kushdoll20\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">as soon as it started<\/a> and waited 30 mins for it to say OUT OF STOCK,\u201d Lexi Jones added.<\/p>\n<p>The Charlotte Observer reached out to Aldi for comment Tuesday, June 23, and was awaiting a response.<\/p>\n<p>The discount grocer has <a href=\"https:\/\/info.aldi.us\/stores\/l\/nc\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\">nearly 100 stores<\/a> across North Carolina, including spots in Apex, Charlotte, Durham, Raleigh and Wilmington.<\/p>\n<p>Shoppers in North Carolina and nationwide are feeling the pinch as the cost of groceries continue to rise.<\/p>\n<p>According to the latest Consumer Price index data,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/cpi\/\" rel=\"Follow\" target=\"_blank\"> <b>food prices jumped 3.1%<\/b><\/a> year-over-year in May.
