Taylor Swift’s Wedding Guests Left Rehearsal Dinner With ‘TT’ Gift Boxes

The couple’s friends, including Ross Travis and Charissa Thompson, were photographed leaving New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday, July 2, clutching locked black velvet boxes, per pics obtained by online gossip site DeuxMoi.
In the snaps, the boxes were each monogrammed with “TT” intertwined with a heart that presumably represents Swift and Kelce’s first initials.
Swift and Kelce, both 36, announced their engagement in August 2025, since keeping any wedding details under wraps. Multiple outlets, including Us Weekly, report that the couple will celebrate their nuptials in a two-day gathering at MSG from Thursday, July 2, to Friday, July 3.
Without divulging details, Kelce hinted that the 4th of the July weekend-held occasion would be one to remember.
“Fourth of July weekend is right around the corner. [It’s] America’s birthday,” Kelce began an ad break on the Wednesday, July 1, episode of his “New Heights” podcast. “We all have that one Fourth of July trip we still talk about. … The one that turned a long weekend into a core memory.”
While acknowledging that the patriotic holiday can oftentimes be “hectic,” Kelce noted that he hopes to make “great memories.”

The 4th of July also holds special significance for Swift, who typically invites friends to her Rhode Island mansion for a blowout bash. Her 2023 party perhaps even manifested her relationship with Kelce – and their wedding date.
“Happy belated Independence Day from your local neighborhood independent girlies 😎,” Swift wrote via Instagram on July 7, 2023, sharing pics with pals Selena Gomez, Ashley Avignone, Este Haim, Danielle Haim and Alana Haim.
The Grammy winner closed out her caption with a nod to her then-next Eras Tour concert, “See you tonight Kansas Cityyy.”
Unbeknownst to Swift, Kelce attended that very Eras Tour show at his Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium and subsequently issued a public plea to exchange phone numbers.
“How deranged is that [Instagram] post? I think back on that I’m like, ‘There’s no way,'” Swift quipped on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mashup Show in October 2025. “If we break this down, I’m in this picture with a bunch of girls – not just me and Selena – [but] a few of the other girls found their person right after that.”
Swift added at the time, “I [wrote] like, ‘Happy Independence Day from your local single girlies’ or something like that and then the next day go and play in Kansas City, not knowing that Travis was going to come to the show. It’s unreal. … I’m just thinking how grateful I am that he exists, and also how happy I am for my friends when they find happiness.”
