Charlotte pizza makers are crafting delicious pies with delightful flavor pairings that go beyond the usual combos. Many of those specialty pizzas can be found at C5’s Top 20 pizza places in Charlotte.
We want your help finding the best specialty pizzas in the Charlotte area. They can be adventurous or just a great rendition of a familiar pizza combo. A couple of our many favorites: the Pistachio Pesto at Inizio and OG pizza with vodka sauce at Bird. We’re intrigued and a little frightened by the Pear Pressure at Gravity Sourdough Pizza, which includes sweet potatoes, goat cheese and maple honey.
